What Is The darkFlash Warranty Policy?

At darkFlash, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our store.

  • Power Supply offers a 5-year warranty.
  • Liquid Coolers offers a 3-year warranty.
  • All other products offer a 1-year warranty.

Our warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and product failures under normal, intended use.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The darkFlash warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product under intended use. This includes issues such as electrical or mechanical failures not caused by external damage, manufacturing faults, or parts that stop working properly during regular use. If your product stops functioning due to such defects within the warranty period, you are eligible for repair or replacement under the warranty.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

Damage, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation are not covered. 

It also does not cover normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues like scratches, fading, or discoloration. Damage resulting from exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, dust, or other environmental factors is not covered. Furthermore, products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand sources are not eligible for warranty service.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

If you believe your darkFlash product has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our support team at assist@darkflash.com. Be sure to provide your order number or proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or further troubleshooting.
