Return Eligibility

Unsatisfactory Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in their original packaging for a full refund (except the shipping fee). Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is completely different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team with photos or videos to facilitate an exchange at no cost to you.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you can return it in its original, unworn packaging for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s).

Standard Return Policy

1. Items purchased from darkflash.us can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them, as noted.

2. Only items that have been purchased directly from darkflash.us can be returned through the website channel. Products purchased through other channels must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.

3. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with, or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs. 

How to Process a Return

Email us first for the return address before sending back any items. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  For assistance, please contact us at assist@darkflash.com Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM, Pacific Time.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
