Estimates below do not apply during busy holiday seasons. Weekends and US holidays are not counted as business days.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, including a tracking number via email, so you can follow your package’s journey.
During high-order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. If your item is out of stock or if there is a shipping delay, our customer service team will contact you directly with an update. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after they are shipped, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Where does darkFlash ship to?
We offer free standard shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, feel free to contact our customer service team
International Shipping
At this time, we don't offer shipping outside of the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future—please stay tuned.
How can I track my order?
There are 2 simple ways to track your package.
When your package is ready for shipment, darkFlash will send you a tracking number. The first way to track a package with this number is with Google, Yahoo, or any search engine. Complete an internet search using the number provided and the words ‘tracking number’ followed by the carrier’s name. For example: ‘1Z9999999999999999 tracking number UPS’. The second option is to go directly to the carrier site and search the tracking number there.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Before reaching out, we recommend checking the tracking status and confirming that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct.
